At Ruthie’s Gift Shop, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of purchase for items of equal or lesser value.
- Items must be in their original condition with packaging and tags.
- If the new item is of greater value, the price difference must be paid.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items, bath products)
