Return & Exchange Policy 

At Ruthie’s Gift Shop, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of purchase for items of equal or lesser value.
  • Items must be in their original condition with packaging and tags.
  • If the new item is of greater value, the price difference must be paid.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items, bath products)
